Brunch Garden Strawberry cream was created with the idea of preserving the authentic taste of strawberries, using carefully selected natural ingredients and a completely pure composition. Special attention was paid to the selection of raw materials, so organically certified strawberries, grown on a plantation in the Mačvan region, were used for this product. These strawberries have an organic certificate from the internationally recognized certification company Ecocert and are grown responsibly, on land that has been in organic status since 2015. Each jar contains an extremely high proportion of fruit – as many as 115 grams of fresh, ripe organic strawberries are used for 100 grams of the finished product. The product does not contain refined sugar, and the natural sweetness of strawberries is additionally highlighted by homemade honey and real vanilla from the pod. The result is a rich and full flavor that faithfully conveys the aroma of fresh fruit. The texture and nutritional value are enhanced by the addition of organic psyllium (buckthorn seed), a natural, neutral-tasting ingredient that provides an alternative to synthetic thickeners. Thanks to a carefully selected recipe, Jagoda cream is not a classic jam, but a fruit cream with a high fruit content and carefully balanced ingredients. The product does not contain refined sugar, additives, artificial colors, flavor enhancers or synthetic thickeners. It is intended for everyone who wants to enjoy the natural taste of strawberries through a product rich in fruit and nutritionally valuable ingredients. Like all Branch Garden products, Jagoda cream is made by hand, in small batches. Due to the limited duration of the fresh organic strawberry season, quantities are limited, making each jar a special combination of carefully selected ingredients, artisanal production and commitment to quality.
