Delivery
Estimated delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days (goods usually arrive in 3 working days) from the day the order is received. After receiving the order, the goods will be ready for a maximum of 2 working days, after which they will be handed over to the courier for delivery. The delivery price is in accordance with the Postexpress price list, depending on the order from our online store.
We have concluded a contract with Post Express for all deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Serbia on the principle of today for tomorrow. Delivery is made on working days from 08:00 to 17:00. Delivery is not made on weekends and holidays. The contract defines 1 delivery attempt, after which the order is returned to the sender. On the day of delivery, the courier will send a Viber or SMS notification announcing the delivery.
If the customer enters incorrect delivery information, we are not responsible for non-delivery of the goods. We will attempt to contact the customer for a new address, in which case reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to change the delivery method or courier service and are not responsible for delivery delays due to non-compliance with courier service deadlines, holidays and other unpredictable situations beyond our control. If there was an excessive delay in delivery or unprofessional behavior by the courier, contact us.
Payment
Goods ordered in our online store can be paid for in the following way
PAYMENT BY COLLECTION
Paying in this way, you pay for the ordered products on the spot when the courier arrives at the address. If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you can arrange with the courier to deliver the package to you the next day.

PRICE
Product prices are expressed in RSD currency (dinars) and include VAT. Products are subject to price change until order confirmation. The price of the product includes the cost of delivery.
ISSUING INVOICES
Sweet housewife is a taxpayer in the Republic of Serbia in the VAT system, registered as an online seller and as such submits all VAT invoices with the shipment. By accepting the terms of use, you accept that you will receive all fiscal invoices as a fiscal invoice with the shipment. For purchases in the online store by a legal entity, we issue an eInvoice or a fiscal invoice with the PIB, with a previous mandatory note on the payment page.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Instructions for online ordering
In order to make the shopping experience in our online store as simple as possible, we have put together this short ordering guide. You just need to have a stable internet connection and any browser on your computer, tablet or phone.
When you enter our online store, click on the product you want to order. Products are located on the home page or by category in the menu at the top of the screen. Select the size of the product, if it is a product in multiple dimensions. Choose the quantity you want to order, it is automatically set to one piece. After making your selection, click the “Add to Cart” button. When the product has been added to the cart, a cart icon will appear in the upper right corner showing the number of products and the value in RSD. If you want to make changes in the basket, click on the basket icon in the upper right corner and then click on the “View basket” button. A new screen will appear showing all added products and their quantities. If you want to continue browsing the store before paying and completing the order, you are free to do so, the products in the basket remain saved and new products can be added to the basket as previously explained.
When you have finished adding to the cart, check if the order is correct by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner and clicking on the “View Cart” button. Then click on the “Continue payment” button. A new screen will open where you need to enter personal data for delivery and choose a payment method. If you have a promotional coupon, you can enter it on the cart page or on the payment page.
Fill in all the fields with your data and choose a payment method. Also, click the cube about accepting the terms and privacy and click the “Order” button.
When you fill in all the necessary information, click the “Order” button and successfully complete the payment, your order will arrive at us for processing and you will receive an email from us that the order has been received. Once the order has been accepted you will receive another email confirming that we have started preparing your order which will be delivered within the time specified on our Shipping & Payment page as well as on our Terms & Privacy page where you can also find more information.
