Description

Directions for Use

Diffuser

Add 5–10 drops to a diffuser and use up to 3 times daily.

Inhalation

Place a few drops on a tissue and inhale deeply as needed.

Massage

Add 20 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of a carrier oil and use for massage.

Precautions

Avoid use during pregnancy.
Not recommended for babies and young children.

Sensitivity Test

Mix 1–2 drops of essential oil with 5 ml of olive oil or another carrier oil. Apply a few drops of the mixture to the inner forearm and monitor for any signs of sensitivity or irritation.
