Granola Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch

Granola Choco Hazelnut Crunch is inspired by Bajadera, one of the most recognizable traditional delicacies from our area. The idea behind this product was to transfer the favorite taste of bayadera into a nutritionally richer and more modern form, in line with the values ​​of the Branch Garden brand, which nurtures tradition through quality ingredients and carefully designed recipes. When creating the recipe, a nutritionally more valuable alternative was found for each ingredient of the traditional bajadera. The base of the granola is a mixture of certified organic flakes – oat, spelled, rye and barley. Instead of refined sugar, homemade honey is used, while a special character is given to the product by the crunchy hazelnut caramel crunch prepared according to a unique recipe with organic coconut sugar. Instead of butter, which is an integral part of traditional bajadera, the recipe uses organic cocoa butter – one of the best sources of vegetable fats. Additional value is provided by pieces of artisan chocolate Chocollama, produced from carefully selected ingredients and without the addition of refined sugar. The result is a richly flavored granola reminiscent of a favorite dessert, while also being a nutritious choice for breakfast or a snack. It goes well with oatmeal, smoothie bowls, fruit salads and ice cream, but it’s just as delicious as a snack on its own. Just like real bajadera, Choco Hazelnut Crunch contains a light and a dark part, i.e. two different recipes combined in one jar. Thanks to careful and manual preparation, the product is made several times a week so that it always reaches customers fresh, fragrant and full of taste.

Ingredients: cereals (flake mix – oats*, spelled*, rye*, barley*), honey, hazelnuts, coconut sugar*, artisan chocolate Chocollama (cocoa parts min. 70% – cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat content, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), cocoa powder*, vanilla extract*, Himalayan salt.
