Benefits and Uses
Aromatherapy
Aroma Lamp / Diffuser: Add 1–2 drops of essential oil per 5 m² of space to a diffuser or aroma lamp containing 50–100 ml of water.
Baths: Dilute 5–8 drops of essential oil in a warm bath (approximately 150 liters of water) and relax for 15 minutes. After bathing, gently towel dry without rinsing.
Steam Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes.
Muscle and Joint Care
Prepare a warm compress by adding 5 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of warm water. Soak a cloth or towel in the mixture and apply it to the desired area for up to 2 hours.
Massage and Skincare
Mix 1–2 drops of essential oil with one teaspoon of a carrier oil, such as sesame or sweet almond oil, before applying to the skin for massage or skincare purposes.
