
Required for the base:
300g of ground biscuit
120g of butter
120 ml of milk
Mix and press into a 26cm tart mold. Add 300g of roasted hazelnuts on top, and for the filling mix:
200 ml of sweet cream
200g of dark chocolate
50g of butter
Heat on low heat and when you get a smooth mixture, add 100g of @Casa Folino Ganduia.
