In a bowl, mix the ground biscuit, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, combine it all with milk and melted butter, then form a crust in a mold from the finished mixture. The mold is 20 cm in diameter.
Make the filling by whipping the sweet cream for a short time, add kremfix, whip a little more, then add cream cheese, powdered sugar, white chocolate melted in steam and salted caramel cream. Mix it all together gently until you get a rich and uniform mixture. Pour over the rest of the salted caramel.
